FAQ
Yes. The 199 DH audit and one-off interventions are available with no subscription at all. In practice: you describe the symptom, we qualify the urgency, then we quote hourly (450–700 DH/h standard, 700–1,000 DH/h emergency) or as a 5-hour pack. The monthly plans — Essential 349 DH, Business 699 DH, Guardian 1,299 DH — only make sense once the store is back online: they exist to monitor checkout, test backups and prevent the incident from recurring. Many stores start with the audit, read the report, then decide. The audit fee is deducted from your first month if you subscribe afterwards.
No, never. We do not ask for your master password, your owner-level admin account, or any banking credentials. We ask for named, temporary access limited strictly to the scope agreed in the written mandate: an account in our name, created by you, with the minimum rights the intervention requires, revocable by you at any time. Every action taken with that access is timestamped in the intervention log. When we close the job, we explicitly ask you to disable the account. The same rule applies to hosting, FTP and database access: dedicated account, limited duration, full traceability — in line with Morocco's Law 09-08 and CNDP guidance.
Yes. We work on WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify, Magento, and on custom stores built with Laravel or Symfony. The failures are largely the same across platforms: CMI payments that never complete, orders that never reach your team, desynchronised stock, a plugin update that breaks the cart, a hacked site, backups that were never tested. The technology is qualified before any mandate: if your store runs on a stack we cannot work on safely, we say so during qualification rather than learning on your production environment. That is exactly what the free 15-minute diagnostic is for.
The correction hours included in Business (2 h/month) and Guardian (5 h/month) cover fixes to the site's existing behaviour: a payment that stopped going through, an order that does not reach your team, a plugin to update or repair, an SSL certificate, a backup to restore, a performance problem on checkout. They do not cover new features, visual redesigns, integrating a new sales channel or migrating to another platform: that work is quoted separately and priced before it starts. Unused hours do not roll over from one month to the next.
Yes. In Morocco, cash on delivery accounts for the majority of orders, and it breaks just as often as card payment — simply less visibly. So we monitor the whole path: order confirmation, the email or SMS sent to the customer, the order actually reaching your team or your carrier, stock decrementing, and delivery status. An order accepted as COD but never transmitted costs exactly as much as a blocked CMI payment: the sale is lost and the customer does not come back. Checkout monitoring is included from the Business plan upwards.
The rollback plan is prepared and approved before any change: it is step 4 of our protocol, and we do not touch the site without a verified backup and a tested restore path. If the fix does not succeed, we return the store to its last known good state, and you receive a report documenting what was attempted, what was observed and the limits we hit — for example a hosting-side dependency, an undocumented proprietary module, or data corruption that predates our involvement. We then set out the remaining options and, if a third party is needed (host, module vendor, original developer), we prepare the technical file to hand over.
